The Clean House by Sarah Ruhl
Romantic Comedy – The whimsical tale of a Brazilian maid who would rather be a comedian.
Auditions for the Village Playhouse production of The Clean House will be July 22nd & 23rd, 2019 6:30 – 8:00 PM, or by appointment if unable to make those times.
Looking for
(3) W ages 45-60, any race
1 W age 25-35, Brazilian/Hispanic (Character is from Brazil and has lines in both Portuguese and English with a Brazilian accent.)
1 M age 50-65, any race (must pass as biological father of W age 25-35)
*playwright’s note – all actors must be able to tell a good joke.

All auditions, rehearsals & performances will be at Inspiration Studios.
Performances are September 27, 28, October 4, 5, 11, 12 at 7:30 PM, with matinees on October 5 & 13 at 2 PM.
